Technical & Quality FAQs
Quality and customer satisfaction are always number one priorities in FiberMania business concept, however, in few such cases, we will immediately track on your order records at our factory upon receipt of your complaint, then issue you our analysis report and prepare you the brand new cables within 1-3 working days.
All of our fiber passive products are 10 years guaranteed, for all fiber active products, we offer 1 year free maintenance warranty.
We manufacture a wide range of fiber optic cables including single-mode, multimode, simplex, duplex across various core sizes.
Our factory uses advanced testing instruments such as MPO multifunction testers, 3D interferometers, IL & RL testers, microscope inspection, and fiber end-face analyzers to guarantee performance and quality.
Our QC includes IQC (Incoming), IPQC (In-process), and OQC (Outgoing) inspections to ensure products are 100% qualified before dispatch.
Every cable undergoes 100% testing for insertion loss, return loss, and end-face quality. We use advanced equipment such as interferometers and optical time domain reflectometers (OTDR) to guarantee consistent performance.
Yes. Our cables and accessories comply with ISO 9001:2015, CE, RoHS, UL, and ETL standards to ensure safety, reliability, and compatibility worldwide.
We follow strict IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) procedures. Only products that pass all inspections are shipped to customers.
For standard connectors, insertion loss is ≤0.3 dB and return loss is ≥50 dB for UPC and ≥60 dB for APC. Higher performance grades are available upon request.
Our outdoor fiber cables are manufactured with UV-resistant jackets, water-blocking materials, and armored designs where required, ensuring stability in harsh conditions.
Ordering & Logistics FAQs
We only have MOQ for some special customized cable order, we request 1km as the total length of the bulk cable, even your current cable order doesn’t meet 1km, but you can also purchase 1km bulk cable and we can store the remaining bulk cable for your future orders. For other fiber and copper products, we don’t have the MOQ and we always have enough stock for our hot selling products.
We currently produce around 10k terminated connectors per day, and for regular volume orders, we can even ship the same day or in 3 working days.
We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Telegraphic Transfer, Western Union, Paypal and other online banking systems. Yes we do grant credit terms for our loyal and reputable customers, we offer net 30, 45, 60 days respectively.

Standard products in stock are typically shipped within 3–5 working days. For customized orders, the lead time is usually 10–15 working days depending on complexity and volume.
Yes. We can combine different products—such as cables, patch panels, and accessories—into one shipment to help reduce logistics costs.
Absolutely. We can arrange delivery directly to your warehouse, distribution center, or project site upon request.
Bulk cables are packaged on wooden or plastic reels with strong export cartons to prevent damage. Patch cords and accessories are sealed in protective PE bags and boxed securely for international transit.
All shipments follow export-grade packing standards, including reinforced reels, moisture-proof wrapping, and clear labeling. We also cooperate with trusted logistics partners to guarantee safe delivery.
Yes. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping through your preferred forwarder. We will coordinate and provide all necessary documentation.
