The 10Gbps SFP+ SR Transceiver is a high-performance multimode module designed for short-range 10G Ethernet applications. Operating at 850nm, it supports transmission distances up to 300 meters over multimode fiber, making it ideal for high-density data centers and enterprise networks. The transceiver integrates a Fabry-Perot (FP) laser transmitter and a linear PIN photodetector in a compact SFP+ form factor, ensuring efficient, low-power operation and excellent EMI performance.

Compliant with IEEE802.3aq 10GBASE-LRM, this module works with Electronic Dispersion Compensation (EDC) on the host board to correct modal dispersion, including legacy multimode fiber systems. Its hot-pluggable design allows seamless installation in switches, servers, and other network equipment, providing flexibility for high-density deployments.

The transceiver also features a digital diagnostics monitoring interface (DDM), enabling real-time monitoring of temperature, voltage, bias current, and optical power. With power dissipation under 1W, it delivers energy-efficient performance while maintaining reliable, high-speed connectivity across enterprise and data center networks.
